Kim serves as the primary recruiter for new talent in production, individual contributor, and executive roles at Prime Technological Services in Havana. She works closely with Technical/Vocational Colleges, local universities, and Military/Veterans associations on programs that share awareness of available technical career paths needed to support the electronics manufacturing industry.
