Kim Anders, Director, Human Resources, Prime Technological Services

Kim Anders brings over 30 years of experience as a business leader practicing in Human Resources and Learning & Development. Kim serves as the primary recruiter for new talent in production, individual contributor, and executive roles at Prime Technological Services in Havana. She works closely with Technical/Vocational Colleges, local universities, and Military/Veterans associations on programs that share awareness of available technical career paths needed to support the electronics manufacturing industry. Prime’s recent Succession Planning initiative prompted the need for Leadership Development programs, which include mentorship groups focusing on “Developing Your Best Self,” “Know Your Numbers,” and “Thinking Like an Owner”. This focus is keeping Prime well-positioned in today’s competitive employment environment. Kim is well-known for her strategic thinking and passion for developing people-centric cultures in which all employees can thrive.
