Statement of Financial Interest (Form 1) Financial disclosure enables the public to evaluate potential conflicts of interest, deters corruption, and increases public confidence in public boards and government.  All Board members are required to file Financial Disclosure Form 1 documents to the Florida Commission on Ethics.Financial Disclosure Form 1 is due July 1st for the preceding calendar year. There is a grace period until September 1st.  If Form 1 is not submitted by the final due date, there is a fine of $25 per day until the form is submitted, or until the fine accrues to $1,500. In compliance with F.S. 445.007, the public is hereby informed of the requirement for the members of the local board and the executive director to file Form 1, Statement of Financial Interests. Instructions to View Board Member Filing Status of Form 1

To view the individual filing status of the CareerSource Capital Region Board of Directors, follow these instructions:

  1.  Click here to view the Florida Commission on Ethics webpage for filers by organization

  2. Scroll down to the “View Financial Disclosure Filers by Organization” section

  3. Select the year for the filing date that you wish to view

  4. Select “CareerSource Capital Region” as the organization and click the Search by Organization button
