Fortunately, our Learn Earn Advance Program (LEAP) is designed to bridge that gap, offering individuals the opportunity to gain valuable experience while connecting with employers ready to invest in their potential.
This is exactly what happened for Mr. Willett, a young career seeker who came to CareerSource Capital Region looking for an opportunity to launch his career. With only one job under his belt, Mr. Willett faced the common challenge of trying to find new employment with an unassuming resume and limited experience. Like many others in his position, he needed more than your average job posting site could offer—he needed guidance, support, and an opportunity to prove himself.
