Non-profit partners and state agencies are invited to learn more about connecting people to services through an easy-to-use, FREE system called Crosswalk.
Crosswalk is a free, easy to use, password protected online platform for referring individuals between any of the agencies represented inside it. CareerSource Capital Region is providing local partners the opportunity to participate in this outstanding service at no charge!
Crosswalk allows agencies to:
- Find agencies in the area and easily see what services they provide.
- Send and/or receive referrals in a secured online platform.
- Create a better experience for the referred individual i.e., an invite with a scheduled appointment.
- See when referrals were received, addressed, how many were sent, and by who.
- Maintain and update their profiles and services information.
- Add and/or remove team members at will and set their permission levels.
This session will cover using Crosswalk to make referrals between your agency and others in the capital region, and statewide!
